FABRICATION CAPABILITIES

JACKETING – We distribute RPR aluminum and Stainless Steel metal products in roll stock as well as larger coil stock. From the coil stock, we fabricated jacketing to the precise fit you require to cover your insulated piping or equipment system. This jacketing is cut and rolled for easy application with screws or Fab straps. The jacketing can also be provided with a safety hem on one edge, thus reducing costly accidents on your jobsites, generally a small premium worth considering.

FAB STRAPS - This product is strapping cut to proper stretch-out with attached wing seals for easy application of pre-cut Fab Straps, that compliment the cut and rolled (and hemmed) jacketing as noted above. Another real time saver on the jobsite.

INSULATION FITTINGS – These are products where straight sections of pipe insulation (Calcium Silicate, Mineral Wool, or Fiberglass) are miter cut and glued together to form various fittings, in many cases in two half pieces. Prefabrication of fittings is another labor saver on a jobsite, but requires good planning and supply coordination between the contractor and fabricator.

REMOVABLE INSULATION PADS – These products are measured and cut and either re-assembled with medium or high temperature insulations and weather proof textiles along with stainless steel mesh (high temp only) and is either sewn back together or the use of hog rings are used, depending on specification or economics, which ever the buyer desires.

METAL MESH BLANKETS – This is when we apply a galvanized or stainless steel hex mesh on one or two sides of a mineral wool blanket for use on large vessels, typically in a refinery or Power Plant environment.

NOISE CONTROL BLANKETS – These blankets can be made with various textiles (with or without coatings), insulation blankets, and barium loaded vinyl to produce both an insulating and noise control blanket for use in areas where noise levels are unsafe.

DUCT BOARD FABRICATION – We stock Johns Manville Duct Board and can provide fabrication services for finished duct, fittings, or just return air boots.
